An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Lage und Atmosphäre unschlagbar. Wohnung war sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Möglichkeit sich nach draußen zu setzen (von zwei Zimmern begehbarer großzügiger Balkon). Großer Pluspunkt ist das Hunde willkommen sind. Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um selbst zu kochen. Check-In unkompliziert und reibungslos. Sehr netter E-Mail Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin mot allen relevanten Informationen zum Aufenthalt vorab. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wirkte auf den Bildern insgesamt schöner.

Soweit hat alles gepasst, aber die Wohnung wirkte gefühlt sehr dunkel und alle Zimmer ausser dem Schlafzimmer sehr schwach beleuchtet. Wirkliche Wohlfühlatmosphäre kam so vor allem Abends für mich nicht auf. Die Lage dagegen war ein Traum, direlt am Ortsrand mit wunderschöner Aussicht vom Balkon. Sauberkeit war tiptop, da gab es nichts zu beanstanden.

Einfach wunderbar

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Wohnung, dem Ort und auch der wunderschönen Aussicht. Frau Ettl ist sehr freundlich und ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Wer sich nach Bergen sehnt, ist da perfekt aufgehoben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ski und Wanderurlaub

DIe Wohnung liegt sehr schön, man kommt schnell zur Zahnradbahn (600m) um zum Eibsee oder zur Zugspitze zu fahren. Diekt vom Haus kann man auch tolle Wanderwege gehen. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich. Alles in allem toll!

Bereits der nette und unkomplizierte Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin war ein toller Start. Unser Aufenthalt war einfach unvergesslich! Die Unterkunft ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und bietet eine wunderbare Ausstattung, besonders auch in der Küche. Alles war zudem tipptopp sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir sind mit dem Bus zur Zugspitze und Eibsee, die Fahrt dauert etwa 10 Minuten. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und der Blick aus dem Fenster atemberaubend. Klare Empfehlung!

Wunderbar

Die Wohnung war super, liebevoll eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und picobello sauber. Sie ist perfekt gelegen, mit unschlagbarer Aussicht und in 8 Gehminuten Entfernung zum Bahnhof der Zahnradbahn zum Eibsee und zur Zugspitze. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir hatten traumhafte Tage und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Ein winziger Abstrich: Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist echt hart und ziemlich unbequem, hier könnte ein Matratzentopper Abhilfe schaffen.

Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Berge. Kommunikation mit Franziska war reibungslos. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch bei verregneten Wetter lässt es sich wunderbar drinnen aushalten - wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl in der Unterkunkft gefühlt. Gerne wieder!
