Férias em gramado

Apartamento muito bem decorado, confortavel, limpo e com ótima assessoria do proprietário e funcionário. A única crítica que não deixou perfeito foi a falta de água quente nas torneiras o que se torna um empecilho em dias muitos frios, mas de resto nota Dez!

Excelente apto! Móveis impecáveis suprindo todas as nossas necessidades. Roupas de camas e toalhas super limpas. Somente as cobertas guardadas no guarda roupa estavam cheirando mofo e nao deu para usar. Localizaçao excelente. Super indico.

Apartamento com ótima estrutura, limpo e agradável. Um pouco longe dos pontos turísticos, mas Uber em Gramado é bem barato e funciona bem.

Passamos o Réveillon em grande estilo! Excelente apartamento aonde atendeu bem 6 adultos e 2 crianças, ótima localização, atendimento do Sr. Andre impecável pois sempre atencioso e educado. Passamos dias incríveis e nós sentimos em casa.

Limpeza péssima imóvel entregue sujo

Apto exatamente igual às fotos, novo, recém construído de alto e excelente padrão, confortável, completo. Sr. An...e responsável pelas reservas atencioso, educado e rápido nas respostas. Porém, a sra. Ira.......a (por sigilo), nos deixou aguardando quase uma hora na porta do prédio, (liguei com 30 min de antecedência), chegou carrancuda de poucas palavras, nos apresentou o imóvel em segundos e já fui indo embora. Essa senhora esqueceu de deixar as toalhas. Após contato disse q liberaria as toalhas em dez min, se passaram mais 50 até o retorno dela. Sobre a limpeza, que foi a maior decepção, o apto estava sujo, empoeirado, com pedacinhos de bolachas espalhados pelo chão, alguns insetos mortos, e debaixo das camas (cabelos, pêlos, linhas, papéis de balas e outros lixos pequenos) na geladeira havia restos de alimentos de hóspedes anteriores, nos armários idem. Não havia sequer um pano de prato no imóvel. A saboneteira da pia da cozinha estava com resto de sabão em barra, toda engordurada. Os cobertores tbm com vestígios de hóspedes anteriores. Resumindo, compramos um aspirador de pó e fomos à luta. Aspiramos as camas, cobertores, fronhas etc. fizemos o que deu. Não conseguimos uma faxineira em Gramado por menos de $250, e tbm já era tarde, por volta das 17 hs. As vagas d garagem são horríveis, mas um bom motorista resolve. Em resumo, apto perfeito, mas exija uma boa limpeza e atenção ao check in.
