Lamentable administracion y trato. Buena ubicacion

Al ingresar el departamento era una heladera. El agua caliente estaba desenchufada. El baño de planta baja con olor insoportable a cloaca. Telaraña y arañas en cajones y bajo la cama. Mugre por doquier. Cuando le mandamos video a la administradora nos dijo que los que hicimos la mugre fuimos nosotros. Tuvimos que comprar 2 calefactores para entibiarnos. No funcionaba la caldera para calefaccionar. Cuando nos cambaiton las toallas dos de ellas tenian lineas marrones que eran de heces. Al salir la administradora pidió que se le deje la llave a 20 cuadras en contramano adonde debia irme, en vez de dejar en alguna caja en el edificio. Olor a gas. Las ultimas 3 noches con un animal en el entretecho que no dejaba dormir hasta las 3 AM. Me debitaron 2 veces el importe total del valor del alquiler. Cuando le dije a la administradora que le dejaba la llave en algun lugar del edificio me indico que me cobraria 70 reales por ir a recibir la llave. Un desastre por parte de la administracion y el trato. Lo unico rescatable es que está muy bien ubicado pero muy mal administrado.
