We love this place. We stayed there every year. Amazing hotel and spa. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and always helpful. The Spa is awesome. The food is good not great. I love the breakfast but the dinner menu needs to get better.

The hotel is undeniably beautiful, but there are a few caveats. Cons: Hotel is huge! From our room to the front desk (where the valet, restaurant, and pool are), it was about a 15-minute walk. They did tell us at the end of our stay you could request a golf cart to come pick you up, but by the time they would actually get there and take you back, I would assume it would take just as long. It is not just the one building; there are, I believe, 9 buildings. - There are also no mosquito/window screens in the rooms, so there were some mosquitoes/flies in the room. - The pool is quite nice, but there are lots of children! - To use the hot tubs, you need to schedule a time, which no one told us, so by the time we found out, it was all booked until the end of our stay. Pros: Breakfast is really good, lots of options (omelets, tapiocas, eggs, cheeses, breads, meats...). - Beds are really comfy, and rooms are very spacious. - Front desk staff and valet are very nice and helpful.

Equipe de funcionários muito educados, qualificados e experientes. Muito atenciosos com o atendimento. Quarto excelente, muito aconchegante e limpo. A estrutura do Buona Vitta é diversificada com muitas coisas para aproveitar como piscina, sauna, hidromassagem, cinema, áreas diversas para descanso e socializar em família. Café da manhã é bom, diversificado, a parte que mais gostamos foi o café da máquina coado na hora e o atendimento na hora de tapioca, omelete. Jantamos no hotel também, foi excelente. Com certeza recomendo.

Hotel é muito bonito, quarto, camas, chuveiro muito bons. A equipe também sempre muito atenciosa. Reiterando que o hotel é lindo. A iluminação, os jardins, os quartos, as áreas de convivência, piscina, sala de jogos, tudo muito bonito. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, porém como o hotel é muito grande, o café é um pouco lotado, então a única observação é que dependendo do horário você ficava procurando mesa para sentar, porém, nunca faltou mesa, mas era uma coisa que incomodou um pouco, ficar andando com o prato na mão e procurando mesas livres. Na verdade, ficamos no feriado de Tiradentes, e continuamos a semana inteira, então observei que depois que acabou o feriado, ficou mais fácil achar mesas no café da manhã. Mas no geral o hotel é muito bom e vale muito a pena se hospedar nele.
