O hotel precisa de manutenção e uma estrutura melhor pelo preço que cobram. Nosso quarto estava com um cheiro terrível, chuveiro não aquecia adequadamente. A área da piscina muito pequena, a água estava turva, as jacuzzis estavam frias. Achei q o café da manhã salvaria a diária, mas foi outra decepção, tudo sem sabor. Tem uma torre de chocate, mas de qualidade duvidosa. Enfim, por esse valor tem outras opções muito melhores. Em gramado.

Hotel não vale o investimento. Brinquedoteca precária e pequena. Por ser um hotel temático de chocolate, falta bastante atividades para os pequenos. O hotel todo é antigo, tendo bastante aparência de mal cuidado. A limpeza também não é das melhores. Café da manhã é aceitável, bastante variedades porém nada muito saboroso. Já fiquei em diversos outros hotéis em Gramado, e sem dúvida não vale o investimento.
