Sophisticated in Gramado

Amazing, large comfortable suites. Modern ans sophisticated. Excellent service. Always helpful to ensure everything is top. Great location between canela and gramado. Close to most attractions. Amazing breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Pool is best part. Cold outside but hot inside. Will stay again

Hotel abaixo das expectativas.

O hotel é moderno, boa localização, o serviço é um pouco desorganizado . A calefação não esquentava , fizemos a reclamação e nos levaram um desumidificador de ar. O clima estava frio e a manutenção não resolveu o problema, nos ofereceram trocar para outro hotel da rede na noite anterior a nossa saída, algo inviável. As jacuzzis deixam a higiene a desejar. Café da manhã muito bom. O hotel deveria avisar na entrada que o ar não funciona e não omitir!

Limpeza poderia ser melhor. Nosso quarto tinha muito cabelo pelos cantos. Além disso, ar condicionado não tem opção esquentar. Tivemos problemas com o colchão, dando dor na coluna para ambos os hóspedes. Recebemos um quarto de PCD quando não precisávamos de um. No primeiro dia o chuveiro não esquentava. O transfer só ocorria de 2 em duas horas, ocorrendo cerca de 3 a 4 vezes por dia, dependendo do local.
