ESTADIA TERRÍVEL

Tive uma experiência terrível no Hotel. A água não aquecia todos tivemos que tomar banho frio. Depois, estava um dia abafado e o ar condicionado não funcionava. Tentamos resolver na recepção e o recepcionista simplesmente fugia da situação. Depois, do nada, os aquecedores foram ligados, o que ficou ainda mais quente. Para completar, o estacionamento do hotel ficava ao lado do quarto e um carro ficou por muito tempo com o alarme ligado. No dia seguinte, falamos com a supervisora e fomos informados de que receberíamos o dinheiro de volta porque não conseguimos cancelar a reserva diante dos problemas por não ter ninguém para resolver. NUNCA TIVE O ESTORNO DO VALOR.
