Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo colaborador Alisson, extremamente atencioso desde o check-in. Nosso quarto era amplo, limpo e confortável, com duas camas de casal, uma de solteiro e um banheiro com hidromassagem e chuveiro separados. Viajamos com dois pets, e o hotel foi super receptivo: havia uma caminha, potes de água e ração, além de um petisco de boas-vindas para eles — um carinho que fez diferença! 💕 O café da manhã estava incluso e tinha o essencial para uma boa refeição, embora eu considere o café mediano para o padrão Laghetto, especialmente nesse quesito. Ainda assim, o atendimento e a estrutura compensam. Um ponto que me encantou foi a homenagem de aniversário: o quarto estava preparado com uma surpresa e até recebi um cupcake com vela no café da manhã — um gesto simples, mas cheio de significado. 🎂✨ O estacionamento funcionou muito bem, o hotel é bem localizado, próximo de ótimos restaurantes, e o elevador facilita o acesso aos andares. No geral, uma estadia muito agradável, com equipe atenciosa e excelente custo-benefício. Utilizei a piscina também, não é grande, mas muito bem aquecida.

Estadia muito boa, hotel otimo...não fica no centro mas também não é longe, dá pra ir andando quem não tem problema de mobilidade. Só o cafe da manha que não tem muita variedade salgada. Só muito pão e bolo e torta... Parece mais uma confeitaria do que um cafe da manha de hotel. Ah...o pessoal incomodando toda hora pra vender cota. Isso chateia.

Atendimento excelente. Quarto estava com cheiro de mofo/umidade. Nos deram quarto para pessoa com deficiência, porém o box de vidro muito difícil de abrir e fechar. Uma pessoa com deficiência teria dificuldades de fazer isso sozinha. Espaço do quarto pequeno para mobilidade e também escuro, com apenas lâmpadas de cabeceira e lâmpada na entrada.
