O hotel é luxuoso e o atendimento é excelente. Porém, o banheiro da nossa suíte estava com vazamento de esgoto pelo ralo nos três dias que ficamos hospedados. Tentaram resolver a situação, mas não conseguiram e mesmo solicitando a mudança de quarto não nos atenderam. Precisam ter foco no cliente.

Hotel bonito, tudo novo e limpo! A localização exige carro para qualquer lugar, tem estacionamento e manobrista. O cafe da manhã no Restaurante Giratório, bonita vista e bastante variedade. Quando estive a primeira vez o chocolate quente era muito bom e era trazido em nossa mesa, hoje era só um cafe de máquina. Detalhes são importantes, ao chegar no quarto da vez anterior havia frutas e bilhete boas vindas, mas itens para compra, inclusive chocolates. Achei tambem a recepção muito sobrecarregada na hora do Chek in, havia somente uma pessoa, que fazia ficha, guardava carro, etc.

Faltam detalhes que fazem a diferença.

Hotel lindo, vista da suite deslumbrante, funcionários simpáticos e cordiais, no entanto, precisam melhorar em alguns quesitos como por exemplo na dinâmica do café da manhã, limpeza do quarto e expertise em relação ao acolhimento do hóspede, sobre barulhos excessivos e sobre oferecer uma atmosfera aconchegante no Lobby do hotel que por sinal é lindo porém nada convidativo ao hóspede que queira passar um tempo ali conversando ou tomando um drink antes de ir para o quarto.
