A estrutura do hotel é bonita, o quarto é bom, e o café da manhã também. Mas tivemos algumas questões na viagem que me fez dar avaliação negativa: o elevador principal não estava funcionando em nenhum dos dias, somente o de serviço, sendo que um dos dias, nem o de serviço funcionou. Além disso, para pegar o elevador de serviço, tínhamos que passar dentro da área de serviço, e por dois dias seguidos vimos a mesma taça de morango mofada em cima da pia. E por último, a atendente que fez nosso checkout não estava muito preparada, não sabia como proceder com reservas feitas por plataformas terceirizadas (como o hotéis, no nosso caso)

Pessima estadia. Atendimento muito ruim do atendente da noite. Sistema de califacao do quarto pessimo, o quarto ficou tão quente que queimou meu rosto, pior eu tentei desligar mas não desliga, então o atendente da noite teve que desligar o sistema inteiro de califacao do quarto. Assim que chegamos de madrugada, fomos tomar banho e o chuveiro não esquentava. Primeiro dia que chegamos pedidos cobertas e o atendente disse que não tinha. Estou muito decepcionada.

Hotel Refúgio da Montanha - não caiam nessa fria

Avaliação – Experiência extremamente decepcionante no Hotel Refúgio da Montanha Minha família visita Gramado há mais de 15 anos e sempre buscamos novas hospedagens. Infelizmente, essa foi a pior experiência até hoje. Logo na chegada, o acesso é por escadas íngremes, sem auxílio com as malas (nenhum funcionário se dispôs a carregar ou auxiliar nas malas). O quarto estava sujo, com vidros embaçados, roupas de cama e toalhas manchadas. O café da manhã apresentava alimentos visivelmente reaproveitados. Funcionários despreparados — uma funcionária chegou a discutir com um hóspede por ele pedir omelete diretamente a ela. Após arrumarem o quarto, esqueceram de repor toalhas e levaram quase uma hora para entregar. O elevador funcionava mal — em um momento, fiquei preso e precisei acionar a sirene. O estacionamento é insuficiente, forçando hóspedes a deixarem os carros na rua. A academia não possui sequer um bebedouro. Pagamos quase R$ 1.000,00 por diária, valor que não condiz com o serviço prestado. O hotel não entrega qualidade, conforto ou hospitalidade. Não recomendo e não voltaremos.
