Great option

I loved how the hotel was themed and decorated. Staff was very friendly and the food was great! Lovely breakfast and afternoon tea. The room was comfy and the location is amazing, located on a walking distance of everything.

Logo na chegada fui super bem recebida pelo funcionário Matheus e enquanto faziamos o check-in nos foi oferecido chocolates. Meu filho amou. O hotel é lindo, cheiroso, charmoso, localização maravilhosa e funcionários super simpáticos. Acho que não poderia ter escolhido hotel melhor para fazer uma surpresa ao meu marido de aniversário. O quarto é enorme, com uma decoração de muito bom gosto, tudo muito limpo, cama mega confortável, vários tipos de travesseiros, chuveiro delicioso, amenities de qualidade, creme para as mãos.. Enfim.. Uma hospedagem de excelência. Meu marido foi presenteado com um espumante delicioso. O hotel disponibiliza chá da tarde para os hóspedes super completo e delicioso com frutas, sucos, chás, café, tortas, salgados e espumante. No outro dia no café da manhã, a Edilene ( responsável pelo café da manhã do hotel) preparou um bolo lindo e muito gostoso para meu marido e todos nós cantamos os parabéns. Uma grata surpresa. Ele amou. O café da manhã é um show a parte. Tudo preparado com muito carinho e requinte. Tudo de qualidade e muito gostoso. Já estou programando para voltar em Julho. Obrigada a todos vcs funcionários do hotel.

Hotel maravilhoso! Com uma decoração de extremo bom gosto! Limpeza impecável dos quartos. Amenities de ótima qualidade. Ducha bem quentinha! Toalhas macias, branquinhas. Lençóis bem macios. Tudo muito novinho. O hotel tem 16 quartos então o acolhimento é muito familiar. Café da manhã excelente e bem servido. Chá da tarde é um diferencial com bolos, docinhos, um drink super convidativo. Tivemos experiências anteriores em outros hotéis inclusive resorts de luxo em Gramado e o Saint Petrius superou todas nossas expectativas. A localização é maravilhosa. O estacionamento é terceirizado mas não representou um inconveniente para nós. Não tivemos problemas com barulho. Recebemos cortesias de boas vindas e também em nossa saída.

Nem falo da localização, central. O atendimento é um espetáculo. O hotel é uma boutique. Tudo do bom e do melhor. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e arrumado. Produtos de banho de excelente qualidade e roupas de cama também. O conforto e aconchego convidam a permanecer no quarto e quase a perder o café da manhã. Voltarei com certeza.
