Hotel muito bem localizado, duas quadras da rua coberta. Infraestrutura muito boa, cama e banheiro ok. Café da manhã bom. Único ponto negativo é o acústico interno do hotel, da pra escutar barulho dos quartos do lado e de cima, barulho do corredor. O frigobar do nosso quarto e a ventilação do banheiro fazem barulho constante, ficou um pouco difícil pra dormir.

Nice hotel!

Hotel was good. Close to alot of restaurants in Gramado. Really impressed with the hot water compared to alot of hotels I’ved been to. The only thing I noticed was they used two single bed to make a king sized bed but other than that we enjoyed the hotel.

Quarto de tamanho ideal. Funcionários educados. Roupa de cama muito limpa e perfumada. Banheiro com ducha bem quente. Localização excelente. Único ponto a ser melhorado seria o colchão do quarto que fiquei, pois estava fundo e foi necessário vira-lo para melhorar um pouco.
