Estive em Gramado em novembro de 2019 com meu marido e filho de 3 anos. Fomos muito bem acolhidos na pousada que é pequena, porém muito agradável.Café da manhã simples, porém gostoso. A pousada possui ótima localização e é muito aconchegante. Funcionários atenciosos, em especial, o Pedro e a Claudia. Nos dias frios, ao retornarmos dos passeios, sempre descansávamos em frente à lareira quentinha acompanhado de um chá com biscoitos. Ótima opção de hospedagem em Gramado.

Tudo impecavelmente arrumado, limpo e agradavel. A receptividade da equipe é muito boa e nos deram muitas dicas sobre a cidade. Cafe da manha gostoso e roupas de cama cheirosinhas. Conforto e acolhimento no centro de Gramado

A começar pela recepção do Pedro e sua equipe, posso considerar nota 10, inclusive nunca nos hospedamos em um local com um ambiente tão acolhedor e de ótimo relacionamento como nessa pousada. A preocupação é constante com os hóspedes, com gestos simples de grande valia, sem contar o bom papo, dicas úteis e com preço justo. A Claudia e o Pedro são muito simpáticos, nos deixando bem à vontade. O café da manhã é servido em uma única mesa, dando aquele clima descontraído. O papo pela era muito gostoso e o Pedro aproveitava para tirar dúvidas. Com certeza voltaremos.
