Pontos positivos: café da manhã com bastante variedade e bem saboroso; tranquilidade do local; conforto do chalé. Ponto a ser melhorado: maior número de canais na TV, pois no chalé que nos hospedamos só existiam 3 canais disponíveis.

Dentro do esperado. É chalé, não hotel.

Eu Já sabia que se tratava de um chalé e em região distante do centro, em região de mata. Ou seja, é de se esperar que nesta região e em Gramado a temperatura seja mais baixa. Alguns chales possuem ar condicionado quente. Outros apenas tem o aquecedor a óleo no andar de cima, que é bem insuficiente, mas voce pode acender a lareira no andar de baixo, afinal essa é a proposta de um chalé. A condição do chalé tinha detalhes estéticos de mau acabamento, mas em geral era agradável. O serviço de café pode ser considerado 2 estrelas, o básico sem nada a acrescentar. Atendimento ok. Na descrição do site hoteis.com dizia que o chalé reservado teria varanda, mas isso não foi real, o quarto com desconto é sem varanda. Os chales com varanda são mais caros. Até pelo telefone fui informado pelo chalé que teria sim a varanda, mas chegando lá, logo se constata que o preço com desconto é para os chalés mais simples. Estar de carro ajuda, mas há opção de onibus para o centro de Gramado que passa na porta do condomínio. Restaurantes tambem pegam os clientes no chalé mas para minha surpresa alguns estabelecimentos consideram o bairro "que se chama mato queimado" desconhecido ou distante demais.

Como Pousada Romântica - Ótimo

Como o nome informa: Pousada. Não se pode exigir nada mais além disso. São chalés individuais, novos, com ar condicionado/quente, geladeira e duas TV de LCD novas. Quarto limpo, mas acho que faltou um jogo de toalhas (não secam do dia para noite por causa do frio. O visual é fantástico, na beirada de uma lagoa, super romântico. Como são individuais, é como uma casa isolada no campo. Fica a 5 km do centro de gramado. Sé vá se tiver carro. Como pousada romântica, para casais que querem ficar sozinhos, curtindo a natureza, nota 1000. Se deseja algo mais, como serviços de quartos, comidas, etc, não vai encontrar. Para se ter uma idéia, cheguei a noite e não havia ninguém na recepção - estava na sua residência (chegou em 1 minuto ao ligar para o fone). Resumindo: como pousada romântica e amantes da natureza, pode ficar que é ótimo. Como hotel, fica devendo um pouco.

Muito bom.

O lugar é encantador! Amamos e vamos voltar. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi a cama, são dois colchões de solteiros. Mas a estadia, o lugar ao todo, o café da manhã... É tudo muito perfeito. Recomendamos!

Perfeito para Casais

Os chalés são novos, muito confortáveis. Nos dias de frio extremo o ar condicionado não deu conta do calor, o chuveiro poderia ser mais quente tambem. Café da manhã excelente e ambiente calmo e linda vista da janela. Recomendo.
