La habitación especial es muy pequeña, no hay donde colocar nada. El aseo es muy regular. NO hay restaurante y no hay nada cerca para cenar. cobran hasta el cafe y las sandalias. El desatuno es muy bueno y agradable. Esperabamos mucho mas por las fotos.

Parte interna do hotel fedida, cobertor sujo e MUITO fedido, que pedimos pra recolher. Lençóis igualmente duvidosos, virados do avesso como se reaproveitados. Ao ligar a hidro, saíram sujeiras e um tufo de cabelo, que fiquei com nojo de usar, certamente a banheira não foi higienizada. Café da manhã péssimo, com bolos duros e salgados velhos, nos dois dias foram os mesmos bolos e salgados do dia anterior, além de moscas voando sobre as frutas e frios. Fui comer o abacaxi, estava com gosto de podre. Pedi um sanduíche feito na hora e veio com um pelo que parecia ser de cachorro! Pra completar, água do chuveiro fraquíssima e não tem ducha higiênica no banheiro! Não recomendo e jamais voltaria. A única parte boa são os inocentes animais.

Experiência única e maravilhosa! Quem busca se desconectar da cidade grande e relaxar ouvindo o barulho dos pássaros e o canto dos galos é o lugar certo. Silencioso, aconchegante, confortável e tranquilo. A equipe do hotel é super educada e receptiva, como ainda são poucos quartos, a equipe é reduzida. Mas deixo em destaque o meu agradecimento as duas moças que preparam o café da manhã (esqueci de perguntar o nome kk). Super atenciosas, disponíveis e carinhosas conosco, nos sentimos em casa. Em breve vamos retornar. Meu único arrependimento: ter reservado poucos dias!! Quem busca sossego, conexão com a natureza e descanso, é o local perfeito.

Estivemos no WoodStone entre os dias 1/1/26 e 3/1/26. Foram três dias e duas noites maravilhosas, com pessoas incríveis cuidando de todos os locais do hotel com amor e carinho. Queremos agradecer imensamente a Sabrina e Fabi pelos excelentes pratos e mimos do café da manhã, com certeza o sabor de tudo fica melhor ainda com tanto amor e cuidado delas. O nosso super agradecimento ao Rodrigo, funcionário e profissional que faz o trato dos cavalos com um amor e carinho que nos encantou. Com certeza ele precisa ser conservado e reconhecido pois poucas pessoas tem o cuidado com o animal como ele. Além disso, ele cuida de toda a beleza do jardim de todo o hotel. Nosso reconhecimento por tamanho trabalho e dedicação. Queremos agradecer ao Diego e ao Eduardo da recepção que nos receberam com total cordialidade e apresentaram os espaços do hotel com maestria.Por fim, a senhora que cuidou da higienização do quarto também merece todo nosso reconhecimento. Como uma sugestão deixamos o aumento do espaço do café da manhã. A banheira de imersão que usados deu um toque especial de relaxamento na estadia. Excelente opão de hospedagem fora do centro de Gramado. Acomodação super confortável, café da manhã excelente, com atendimento TOP por parte da Fabi e sua colega.
