Precious attic in the Albayzín, Arabic declared neighborhood ,Heritage of the Humanity, placed in the lower part of it, (downtown, close to Plaza Nueva), with terrace and rooms with spectaculars views to the Alhambra, totally new and equipped, with capacity for 2 adults and a sofa-bed for other 2.
Excellent location.
New apartment of two independent floors, on the top floor 1 bedroom with two single beds, which can be joined together (1,60 cm.), bathroom and a great terrace with a view to the Alhambra. On the ground floor, there is a lounge with a sofa bed (1,35 cm) which can sleep two persons, and additional bathroom and the kitchen. Fully-equipped with TV of 32 ', dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, extractor fan, and kitchen utensils. In the bath there are towels, hairdryer, gel and shampoo. In addition there is air conditioning and heating for your comfort.
It is also very close to restaurants, bars , supermarkets, fruit stand, drugstore, crafts, tourist information office and all kinds of shops. It is possible to walk to all the places of the city and In addition it is very well served by bus. We will be able to help with information, schedules and zones of tourist interest that may be needed.
The neighborhood surrounded by buildings of great interest and monuments. Next to the “walk of the sad people”, a precious tour along the river Darro, enjoying the sights of the Alhambra. The bus numbers 35 and 31 serve this area. Besides buses that goes directly to Granada’s airport, bus station or railway station together with the bus that goes to the Alhambra.
Also there is a taxi-stop very close. Car access for the whole center of Granada it is very limited for none residents, for that reason we advise to leave the car in a public parking nearby the apartment or leave it where I live and from there take a taxi to the apartment. In my opinion, this is the most economic way
