Nice, modern and luxurious room. However, terrace was closed during the day you could only go up when the bar opened at 7pm. Parking was not easy and in a public garage. Very centrally located though which was great.

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was conveniently located in the city. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room and 2 bathrooms which was excellent to have. Only slight issue was the limited breakfast options. Overall would recommend the hotel.

The property was in a great location for access to all things in Granada. The reason for not 5 stars was problems with air conditioning during our stay. Whilst the staff did their best endeavours to solve it did become a source of frustration.

Very friendly and helpful staff, all facilities in great shape, very clean, surprisingly quiet room when considering you are in a downtown location. Only downside to consider: the city limits car access to this part of the city for certain hours of the day which will make it challenging if not impossible to reach the parking garage by 1pm for example.

Location.was amazing. We could walk to attractions and many food and shopping options. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. That said, our biggest complaint is that the wifi was super flaky and we got bumped off a lot. So, if you need reliable wifi to check emails or search for things to do, this property may not be the best option. Our other smaller concern is the shower temperature just changes randomly without adjustments, from scalding to cold. Generally, we are overall still happy with our stay, as our priority was location.

Had a great time in Granada thanks to the staff at Eurostar. From the front desk, to the breakfast staff everyone was accommodating and friendly. The housekeeping staff kept the place clean and spotless. It is located in the city center about a mile from the train station and conveniently located near most of the things to see. Recommend you get a bus pass when you get here. The minis take you to all the attractions and the larger ones will give you a good idea of how the people in Granada live. #4 takes you to the metro where you can take the train to the mall. If you get off the bus and get on another or the train within an hour, it counts as a transfer when you scan your pas and there is no charge. Hope this helps.

We liked the hotel but were disappointed. They have smoke alarms which flash every minute with 2 LED lights. We couldn’t sleep or read easily at night as it was likely to inside a migraine. We were staying 3 nights and had paid in advance so we’re worried. Anyway the staff taped up the light and the last 2 of 3 nights were ok. Also disappointing that we’d picked a rooftop view hotel and it was closed - said to be due to poor weather the week before. So sadly not sure we will stay again if revisiting Granada which was lovely.

Good Hotel

The hotel is within walking distance to all the tourist spots but parking is very difficult. Also, their own parking was not available due to construction and they did not let us know. Breakfast options were good. The terrace was not open and our view was towards an alley. The bed was too small for a couple but the room was nice and clean. The spa and gym were nice and open 24 hours. The staff are all awesome.
