Fantastic location, nice and clean rooms and common areas but the all-best was the friendliness of the personnel. Great small hotel in the heart of the city! Great location for walking everywhere- quick bus ride to Alhambra. Staff very friendly and helpful with directions or calling a taxi. The room was nice, there was no fridge which was a problem for us. The space in the bathroom for the toilet was very tight. The breakfast was wonderful and very fresh. Staff were very helpful and friendly, having a lift in the hotel was a good asset. The location was great and bed comfortable.

I traveled with some friends a couple of weeks ago; the place is very cozy, and I loved the location. The hotel is right in the heart of Granada, and everything is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly—especially Pilar—who suggested places we should visit, where to eat, and what activities to do. Thank you so much, Pilar; your suggestions were incredibly helpful, and you made us feel very welcome.
