I do not think this hotel is wheel chair friendly, because there are steps to access the hotel and the lift. The entrance is nice and my check in was a bit slow. I had to wait about 10-15 mins to be checked in because the receptionist was on the computer and there was other people waiting also. My room was on the 4th floor, and it was clean , but some areas like the bottom of the doors frames and scuff marks needed to be repainted. The table in the room had lots of marked stains, which didn't looked attractive. I didn't use and of the facilities or dine there.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again next time I arrive to Granada.

The staff at the hotel made our whole experience better than it could have been. They were friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel itself is very tired looking and in desperate need of an update, the lobby that I imagine once looked lush now looks dusty and dated. The hallway carpets are stained and worn out. The room itself is the same net curtains that look old with holes, marks on the walls (not in the usual places from luggage but high on the wall!) that said the beds are very comfy, the linens great quality. The bathroom again is dated but the shower is very powerful. The location is good being a 10 minute walk from the city.

Nice place.... Good price... Location 20 mins from old Center (by foot). Close to shopping (El corte)

Tämä hotelli elää edelleen Francon diktatuuriaikaa. Emme voineet yöpyä varaamassamme huoneessa, koska meillä, yli 70-vuotiaalla avioparilla, oli passi vain toisella henkilöllä.Vastaamnotossa oleva henkilö totesi vain, että huonetta ei voi antaa, kuvallisen henkilökortin tai passin puuttumisen takia. Espanjassa asuvat suomalaiset ystävämme olivat hämmästyneitä tällaisesta kohtelusta. Tavallisesti hootellien henkilökunta ymmärtää, että tallaiset matkailijat eivät ole rikollisia eivätkä terroristejä ja sallivat ilman isompia selityksiä yöpymisen. Ebookersin varassivulla luvataan varauksen peruminen vaikka varaus tehdään alle vuorokausi ennen yöpymistä, jolloin peruminen ei itse asiassa ole voimassa.

Hotel an perfekter Lage in Granada

Zu Fuss waren historische Orte, Zentrum mit Cafe Bars oder Shoppingmeile, in wenige Minuten erreichbar. Hotelteam superfreundlich!
