Reception staff surly and unhelpful. We arrived 10 minutes before 1pm (official check in time) and were told to come back in at least half an hour by the unsmiling man on reception. Upon finally checking in, I discovered that I had left my original ID card at home. I was however able to provide a copy of my passport, original drivers licence, health card, bank card and my husband's original ID card. This didn't seem to be good enough for the man on reception who was refusing to check us in without a bigger copy of my passport. After a stand off he finally relented and shoved our room key at us. The room itself is quite small but very nice. The only gripes are that the shower door doesn't close properly and therefore floods the bedroom everytime you use the shower. There is no fridge in the room and no tea and coffee making facilities. The toilet is situated behind a sliding frosted glass door directly visible from the bed so no so good for anyone who wants more privacy when using the facilities. The hotel is well located right in the heart of Granada and easy walking distance to everything. All in all a nice hotel spoiled by attitude of the reception staff.

Very centrally located clean modern hotel. Would have rated it higher but restaurant not open due to Covid 19 and reception closed when wanted to leave suitcase in left luggage cupboard.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Granada.

Pros: Everything. Great price for a good 4-star standard hotel.
Cons: Better lighting in the bathroom.
Location: Excellent location,just off the main shopping street. Great restaurant for breakfast and lunch,the Gran Parraga 3, on corner of the street.
Stylish,boutique hotel in the centre of Granada. Very clean and light rooms, with good shower in the bathroom. Air conditioning excellent and quiet at night. Reception staff friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay at the Parraga Siete again, and shall recommend it to my friends. Thanks for the lovely stay in Granada.

Really nice and cozy modern boutique type of hotel in the heart of Granada. Best surprise was the breakfast - i thought it was a common breakfast box delivered to the outside of your room during covid pandemic but no....it was a huge and delicious basket delivered to your room and full of warm breads and pastrys, coffee, ham and cheese, fruits, orange juice, water, joghurt, marmelades aso. It really made this visit unique and SUPERB!!

Hôtel très bien situé (centre ville) mais un peu difficile d'accessibilité.Par contre, l'utilisation de la voiture n'est plus nécessaire pour effectuer les déplacements. Les taxis sont peu onéreux ce qui compense le coût du parking. Le petit déjeuner est atypique, un peu long, car apparemment une seule personne est affectée à ce service. (les toasts sont beurrés et confiturés éventuellement d'où la lenteur). C'est le seul petit bémol car l'hôtel a un bon rapport qualité/prix.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, en centre ville. L'accessibilité à l'hôtel est un peu compliquée. Faire très attention à ne pas pénétrer dans la zone restreinte (amende très chère) mais surtout si tel est le cas, bien le signaler à l'arrivée à l'hôtel. La personne à l'accueil est à l'écoute du client. Le plus pratique , avec le GPS, est de programmer le Parking Victoria. Par contre, l'utilisation de la voiture est inutile durant le séjour.

Cons: Henkilökunnan kielitaito
Location: Lähellä tuomiokirkkos ja kävelykatuja.
Kaksi yötä Alhambran tähden. Kapean kadun varrella, todella vähän melua tai ääniä. Henkilökunta ystävällustä, vaikka englannin kielen taito osin puutteellinen (ja valitettavasti meidän espanjamme vielä kehnompaa). Mutta hyvä kokemus.
