Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I arrived at the property walked around and dropped off the key on the table. Called Torres Group (the realty office that was responsible for the key) and told the man who answered the phone, that we were not going to stay. To get to the property on the second floor (actually third level) we're very narrow stairs that fits one person at a time. Once I entered the unit it was three more floors with very narrow stairs and tight spaces. I was aware there was no elevator to reach the unit. But I was not aware there were three other floors inside the unit. The unit doesn't look anything like photos in the advertisement. The entryway is dirty and old. We left and found a hotel nearby. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!
