It offers a cozy double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower, and a bright living room with a sofa bed for two. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The flat is located in Calle Molino de la Corteza, a quiet pedestrian street just a few steps up from Calle Elvira 81. The garage is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment is legally registered, and guest details must be provided for check-in. Parking is suitable for small or medium cars. Note: cars with gasoline engines built before 2001 or diesel before 2006 cannot access the city center.
