The Villa has a constructed area of 352m² plus terraces and a pool, with views of the Sierra Nevada, the Alhambra and the Vega. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms, 5 very bright bedrooms with beautiful views of Granada.
The majestic hall that leads to a spectacular terrace literally overlooks the city, an authentic viewpoint with beautiful views of the city of Granada and its surroundings. It is a privilege to enjoy the play of sunset lights in the afternoon. Next to the living room there is a new and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bright bedroom.
The upper floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 en suite and the main one with living room and dressing room. From this floor you access the upper terrace with fantastic views.

The terrace and the swimming pool are some of the best attractions for outdoor relaxation.
In this house there are no parking problems, the garage area is very large and can accommodate up to 3 cars. For more cars, in the street where the house is located, there is always a place available to park quietly.

The prestigious Golden Ball neighborhood is close to all possible leisure, sports and tourism facilities in Granada.

2. It is forbidden to climb the stairs from the terrace on the top floor to the roof, the property is not responsible for the damages that guests may cause by infringing this house rule.

This chalet offers its guests an outdoor pool, a rooftop terrace, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
