This bright and spacious triplex located in El Médano will make you feel at home. It has all comforts to enjoy the tranquility that this area of ​​the island offers. The house, which has an independent entrance from the street and a small front patio, consists of three floors:



On the first one, we will find a large living room and a small toilet with a washing machine, a full kitchen and a magnificent terrace with views of the garden and access to the community pool.

On the second floor, we will find a large single bedroom, another

room with work area and sofa bed and a full bathroom.

On the third floor we will find a large room with two single beds that you can separate or join according to your preference and a spacious balcony with a laundry area.



The house is located in a beautiful and well-kept residential area with gardens and a communal pool.



El Médano is a place with a special magic that has found a balance between tourism and nature.



A lively, surfer and summer atmosphere far from being saturated with tourists as is the case in other areas of Tenerife. It can be said that it is a stable and balanced tourism.



In El Médano there is everything: people from all countries and of all ages who live in harmony with the local people, since there is no hotel mass.



At first it was a fishing village in the south of the island like any other, but over the years it has evolved to become the best town in Tenerife.
