The lady who gables the breakfast area is so very awesome, people like her are 1 in a million. The staff that checked us in on Monday was extremely friendly and helpful . Truth be told there was no bad experience

Slight delay

The only issue we had was room wasn't ready at check-in. Website states 3 PM check-in, we arrived close to 4 pm. Within 20 minutes they gave us a key to room.

Booked a 2 queen bed reservation for 3 nights. When I arrived at 10:30pm they told me I was upgraded to a king without my permission without any communication. The front desk lady verbatim said “sorry about your luck”.

The lady at the front desk (Tammy) was extremely nice and welcoming! And Evia ( I hope I have her name right) also went above and beyond at breakfast. I don't think I've ever stayed in a hotel where the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Comfortable! The beds, pillows, comforter. The most important part of a room was the vest. I like how the room is separated into a living area and bedroom area. I would definitely stay again.

The staff is very nice and helpful. There was a wreck nearby and it knocked out the piwrr for several hours and they were communicating and checking on us. The beds are cpmfortable and the rooms have a lot of space. The pool is indoors but we didn't use it. We had a 2 king larger suite.
