Check-in was easy and quick. Rooms have been recently renovated and were clean. Minor issues with no water from bathroom faucet. Beds are comfortable and clean. Pool was closed for the season, which is strange considering it's the start of summer.

The room was big and clean, a little dust on the lamp base, but overall clean. They should have hangers or hooks to hang clothes. The grounds are clean and nice view of the lake. I will be staying there again.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly.The breakfast options were good, fruit,honey buns, cereal, yogurt,eggs, sausage,toast and coffee. The AC worked well. The microwave and mini fridge in the room functioned but should be upgraded. The ice maker was broken but the front desk provided a small bag for us. Overall our stay was pleasant and near to all Granbury has to offer.

The room and bathroom were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The refrigerator however had a loose seal and while it did cool, it does need repair. No ice in the ice machines. The area was safe and convenient with shopping and dining options.

The breakfast was some little Debbie snacks and some questionable cereal. It should just be called a snack bar if anything. The room appeared clean except for some sticker from clothing stuck on the wall . There was a terrible smell. The ac worked perfectly. For the price it was good. I would probably stay again.

Mattress needed to be replaced, all pillows are very flat, shower curtain mounted low creating too much excess on the stall floor, floor was not clean. Loose toilet seat was repaired.
