About this space:
Welcome to Lakeside Landing, a perfect getaway for your lakefront retreat! Located in Indian Harbor, our home offers a large deck with a beautiful peaceful view where you can interact with duck and geese, and watch the sun rise and set over the water. The deck provides plenty of outdoor seating and space for meals and has an outdoor fireplace. Launch your watercraft from the neighborhood marina and tie up to our dock. The jet ski pad is unavailable to guests. Have a cookout and get cozy by the outdoor fireplace. Just 6 miles from the unique Historic Granbury Square.
The space:
In addition to 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, you’ll have a wonderful sunroom with a queen-size Murphy bed and a detached bunkhouse with 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There is a pack ’n play available in the guest room closet with an extra mattress. The house comfortably sleeps 6 and the bunkhouse can sleep four. The listing shows maximum of 8 guests, but it can sleep 10. Please message me prior to booking if you have more than 8. The number of guests must be registered when booking. Each overnight guest over 6 people will have a $10/night additional charge. If there are any day guests, please let me know. The kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and a farmhouse sink; fully stocked with cookware and utensils. The sitting room off the kitchen provides a fireplace, and the living room contains a large sectional sofa and smart TV allowing guests to stream from their own accounts. All 4 TVs also have local channels. Feel free to enjoy the variety of board games available.

We are 6 miles from the Granbury Square, 6 miles from Walmart and Lowes, and 4 miles from Stumpy’s Lakeside Grill and Lake Granbury Marina. Don't forget to check out some of the local wineries and breweries.

Since we are located in the gated Indian Harbor community, we will need all drivers’ names in advance. You will be required to present your driver’s license upon pulling up to the gate. There is room for approximately 5 vehicles in the driveway; parking on the street is prohibited by our HOA.

Indian Harbor Marina includes a boat ramp a few miles from the house.

No parties please and no pets.

Special Note: There are 3 steps up to the front door and although there are no steps to enter the door into the sunroom, there are several steps to enter the rest of the house.
Guest access
Guests will be allowed access to the entire house and bunkhouse. No access to the garage. The jet skis aren’t available for guest use, but you’re welcome to tie your watercraft to the side of the dock. We do have two kayaks that guests are welcome to use.
Other things to note:
There is no fenced-in area, so please watch children carefully.

This was a very nice stay on the lake for the week! Very clean, such cute decor in a great location. The kayaks were a perk, kids loved using those. The bunkhouse was a perfect setup for our teens. Kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. They even had fish food for us to feed the fish. Great fishing location. Check in was easy, great communication, secure neighorhood. So perfect!

Just a perfect place to stay on Grandbury lake. Property was beautiful and extremely clean and well kept and decor was so welcoming and homey. Fishing was fantastic an kayaks were a blast for the kids. We will definitely be back asap as this is just a perfect quiet place and just perfect for us! 10 stars honestly!

Pleasant recuperation

We came to the area to assist our son after his shoulder surgery. We decided to stay on Lake Granbury for the relaxation factor. We were very pleased with the home which was so comfortable and homey. The multi-level outside deck area was great. Fortunately, we had terrific weather and were able to spend a lot of time outside. All in all, the home offered a very pleasant respite.

Our Vacation

We had an absolute wonderful time while we were there on our vacation. I loved sitting out on the back patio and watching the water in the mornings before the crew woke up just enjoying the peace and quiet. The lake with a little bit rough, but that’s nothing to do on y’all’s part without the wind. It would’ve been very hot. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the week

Lots of room

There was lots of room for teenage adult children. TV's in every room! We loved the bunk house for the kids to stay and the adults in the main house. We brought our boat and had a great time on our boat. Our kids caught several fish off the dock. Very nicely decorated and everything we needed. The owners were great at communicating with us and answered all our questions. I tend to get hot at night and they even had fans available for those of us that needed them. The air conditioner worked really well. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion to the owners is the beds were hard. Putting a topper on could make a big difference for guests that prefer a softer bed. Other than that, the place was perfect!! Thank you for everything!!!

Beautiful Oasis on the Lake

There is so much greatness to this property it’s impossible to put it into words. The house is an absolute oasis with your own entry to the lake! The owners have thought of everything and stocked the house with everything you need and everything you even forgot! The owners are very communicative and quick to respond to questions. This was truly a great house with a great location.
