Guest access
Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the fully-fenced private backyard. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available for use. The only exception is a locked owner’s closet used for storage. You will have access to free parking on the premises.

Other things to note
Seasonal Pool: Please note the Cowboy Pool has a maximum depth of 2 feet and is designed for cooling off and relaxing. It is a seasonal amenity and may be closed during colder months, typically from November through February. Please inquire about its availability before booking your stay during these months.

Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are located at the front door and overlooking the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home or monitoring the private backyard spaces.
