The staff member who checked us in did not greet us despite there being no one else in the lobby and she was on a call on what I assume is her personal phone. The hotel is grimy and many room doors had holes at the top or bottom (as if the door was not properly fitted to the frame). I almost gagged when I stepped into our room as I was hit with what I can only describe as moldy milk smell that did not go away at all during our stay, it was so bad I had to buy air fresheners from Walmart just to stay in the room. The bathroom sink had several brown stains and the windows are obviously not cleaned very often as I found where someone else had written “Gross” on it. Would not recommend unless you are desperate.

The room looks great on picture, but the floors were dirty and the towels were very old (white / with yellowish brown stained. Had to go out and by Lysol and my own towels.

The hotel had us fooled with the online pics. We get there and it’s rundown and dirty. Most things are out of order. There was a cockroach in our room. It was definitely disappointing. I would not recommend this establishment.

After checking in, my son and I went to get something to eat and when we returned another guest informed us he had walked into our room accidentally. The door did not lock and could not lock. We were moved to another room and the key/lock worked. Until we had to run an errand. When we returned, the key would not open the door and couldn't, even after being recoded. The staff had to use an emergency key. All this can be understood, except the staff questioned me about having gone somewhere and then returned a d tried to open the door. These are not guest issues. A working door is not a luxury item at a hotel and with no apology to speak of, I was made to feel the issue was mine. I don't ask for much from a $75 hotel room, but I expect a working door and a staff to own rhe problems in their facitly without tryi g to deflect the issue onto the customer.

Very disappointed. From the parking lot it appeared run down. The carpet in the hallway was dirty and needed vacuuming. The room was not clean and the sheets were damp. Overall, the hotel felt gross and poorly maintained.

Do not recommend.

This was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. If there had been anything else available I would have stayed elsewhere. The hotel looks like it’s never been vacuumed, half of the lights are flickering and there were holes in all the sheets and stains. We let them know about the sheets to which we changed rooms and had the same situation. Photo is of the second, “better” room. The second room also had a visitor, otherwise known as a cockroach. I should also note that the safety latches were broken on the doors of each room. There were mysterious stains on every wall. We purchased our own blankets and Lysol in order to stay in the room. Save your money and the disinfectant, don’t stay here.

We walked upstairs to our room to an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the hallway. The first room we were given had an leaky a/c, so we were moved to another room where the door wouldnt close properly unless you jiggled the handle. No coffee maker or ice bucket in the room. The hotel looked sketchy, rundown and not well-maintained. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Staff was friendly. Building is very run down and in need of a major renovation. Security locks on the inside of the doors are needed. Inconvenient there’s no access from the outside doors to the room, despite the door and padlock. Feels very dark, gloomy, and unclean due to the lack of renovations.
