Downtown Granby - All New! Just Finished Remodel in 2019 - Great for Families!

This property sleeps 12 people and has a great room for family get togethers. Everything is brand new as the remodel just completed in 2019. The open floor plan allows for everybody to hang together for games , movies and meals. The 3 bedrooms allow everyone to separate out at night and get a good night's sleep. There is a master suite with private bath, plus two additional bedrooms. Three bathrooms and plenty of hot water eliminates the line for the shower after a day on the slopes. The state of the art kitchen includes a Samsung stove with a food probe to make cooking dinner a snap. The mudroom has a rack for skis or bikes and has a place to dry boots for the next day's adventure. Oversized washer and dryer can handle your group's dirty duds. The location is in downtown Granby within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Winter Park Ski area, Granby Ranch, Devil's Thumb, Snow Mountain Ranch , Rocky Mountain National Park, & Grand Lake are all within a 30 minute radius of the house! Short Term Rental Permit #001612

Manage your expectations

This house worked out fine for us but was not what we expected. It was clean and had plenty of space for five of us. It is in the middle of Granby right off the main road. The house looks abandoned from the outside and is on an alleyway right behind the 7-11 and a restaurant. There is no outside space to enjoy the view. There is a view from some of the windows but you have to look beyond the restaurant’s dumpster and chaotic storage area. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable but some of the beds in the loft room are hard and uncomfortable. The bunk in the office bedroom is uncomfortable and very squeaky. The location in the relationship to beautiful areas (the National park, Lake Granby, Winter Park, Grand Lake, etc) to visit was great! It was in walking distance to many very good restaurants (Granby Garage, Azteca, Fat Cat Cafe, etc) but we did not enjoy being in the alley behind one of them. Overall, we had a great vacation and this house would be wonderful with some outside improvements and transparency about the exact location.

Granby location - close to Grand Lake area

This VRBO was a nice choice, near to Grand Lake. Plenty of room and updated. Beds were not so comfy, but all in all an ok place. I will say this place is more suited for larger groups as it has several twin beds upstairs and a twin bunk downstairs.

Beautifully remodeled condo with room for everyone!

Wowzer, what a great place this was for my family and friends to stay in! Pete was very attentive in getting us checked in and him being close by, he was able to show us how to use the DVD player so we could watch a move. This spacious 3 bed, 3 bath condo is so nicely remodeled and the upstairs room with a number of beds and its own bathroom was perfect for all the teenagers to hang out and have their own space. The fully stocked kitchen and new stainless steel appliance made it convenience for the cooking we did. The nearby skiing and snow tubing provided for fun things to do. We can't wait to go back in the Summer months and stay here again so we can enjoy the outdoor Colorado beauty again. I highly recommend this place!
