Located on the third floor, it ensures greater privacy and enhanced scenic views, along with higher ceilings. This setting is perfect for those who wish to enjoy outdoor adventures while living in a peaceful and conveniently situated area.
The living room offers ample space for relaxation, allowing enjoyment of the fireplace and television, along with magnificent views visible through the windows. This area also provides access to a private deck, creating a welcoming space to appreciate the beautiful surroundings.
Adjacent to this area, there are two designated dining spaces. The dining area can accommodate up to four people at the table, while the breakfast bar provides additional seating, encouraging delightful interaction with the designated cook in your group.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential amenities for an outstanding vacation getaway, featuring granite countertops, modern appliances, and attractive wooden cabinetry.
The primary bedroom includes a spacious King bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Activate the electric fireplace to foster a cozy ambiance, or step outside to the private deck to take in the breathtaking mountain views.
The second bedroom is furnished with two queen-sized beds, a large flat-screen TV, and convenient access to the second full bathroom, which can also be reached from the living area.
The communal area features a firepit, with firewood supplied, situated adjacent to this building. In the distance, there is an outdoor hot tub available for common use. This location is conveniently close to City Market, positioned within Granby Ranch, and is approximately one mile from Ski Granby Ranch, with even shorter access to the Headwaters Golf Course. It serves as a year-round getaway in an excellent location.
For a fee of $20.00 guests have access to the Ranch Hall which offers a common area lounge and outdoor pool - kids 8 and under are free. The workout facilities has a fee of $20/day and guests musts be 16 and older.
It is essential for all guests to arrange their own transportation, ideally utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. Given the unit’s secluded location, significant snowfall in the region may result in delays in the plowing of the county roads leading to the property.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
