With access to the private deck from this area, you can admire the slopes of Granby Ranch and take a moment to unwind after a day of adventures. The dining area accommodates up to eight guests and offers convenient access to the fully equipped kitchen during meal times. Additionally, the breakfast bar provides seating for up to three guests and a view of the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ample counter space.
The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, a tiled shower enclosure, and a large soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is a delightful space for the children in the group, furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds and access to the main hallway bathroom.

Parking: 1 parking spot inside the garage. A parking pass with dates is required and must be displayed in the vehicle at all times. This pass will be sent to guests a week before arrival and must be printed ahead of time.
Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake.
Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $200 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
