Pool and hot tub hours are 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The outdoor pool is seasonal and typically operates from mid-May through September, weather permitting. The hot tub is open year-round.
Parking is limited. Boats, RVs, and trailers cannot be accommodated. Each casita is allocated two parking spaces, while additional vehicles may use the main lodge parking area, subject to availability.
Due to routine cleaning of hot tubs in Presidential Suites, guests staying in those accommodations may experience a temporary delay in hot water on the day of check-in.
Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check-in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
