Hotel grounds, lobby area and the rooms were all clean and pleasant. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Free breakfast had 5 or 6 different options (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravey, cerals, yougurts, oatmeal, bagels, toast and English muffins). Apple and orange juice, coffee of course. They kept the area clean and well stocked. We did get a room directly across from the elevator, and our window faced the street. So we had a little more noise than I care for, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

This is my favorite hotel in Flagstaff! It's all the things you want in a hotel, clean and comfortable, but so much more. The ski lodge lobby is adorable and a great place for your family to gather and play games. The fireplace just adds to the homey feel. The fresh baked cookies on arrival are a yummy perk. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Flag.
