When we got to our room, as usual I checked for bed bugs and clean bedding. There was hair on the sheets. I requested clean bedding and the front desk was very apologetic and brought new bedding. She said she was going to talk to the manager for a discount but haven't seen one yet.

Walmart across the street. Red lobster and Olive garden across the street and one block. Good breakfast, comfortable beds, and a working refrigerator and microwave with a sink in the kitchen area. Will stay there again.

Premium Lodge Feel

The feeling is very nice with quality customer service at the front desk, friendly staff overall, and a beautifully themed hotel for the Flagstaff area. It feels like a premium lodge resort experience more than a chain hotel.

Property was fine. Rooms clean and comfortable. The staff was not super friendly or helpful which was disappointing. Breakfast was good and plenty of selection for a continental breakfast
