My first room was filthy. The staff changed it to a better one that was clean. Construction around the hotel was disruptive. Very loud. Smoke alarm kept going off. My room was cleaned be replacing the towels, but not making the bed. Food at breakfast and kickback not good. No water in fitness center.

One of the best places to stay in Flagstaff. An older building, but they’re maintaining it well and are making nice upgrades. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The covered parking garage is a huge plus especially in the winter. The free breakfast and evening happy hour are a nice perk for some if you’re not picky on food selection, I didn’t find that they had very many healthy or nutritious options so it wasn’t for me.

The internet was off at check in- The manager did his best, but it was 1/2 hour to get to room. The Drury in Flagstaff has been my "spot" for 5 previous visits. The coffee pot in the room did not function at all.
