Room was clean but I don't think they vacuumed because i felt the dirt on my feet. They also need better mattresses and pillows. More so the pillows were very uncomfortable. Staff was friendly.

The couch bed was absolutely horrible. Very thin and you can feel every spring. It also already had sheets on it so wasn’t even sure if they were clean or not. And the shower door opening only in the opposite side of the shower head made it extremely hard to bathe a child without getting soaked myself.
