When we first got there, we got a room that still smelled like wet pet. I did not realize this was a pet allowed hotel. We went back to the lobby, and the gentleman was nice enough to give us another room, and we even do go to balcony, so everything turned out fine.

Too noisy in the evenings due to poor sound insulation. Half of the hot breakfast ingredients weren't available on the second day (no bacon or omelettes) and the potatoes were very hard and cold so not really a 'hot offering'. A shame, the property has a lot going for it, but let down in too many areas to make me want to go back given the price paid.

Was very loud and roudy above and around our room till after 11 with no help from staff. Also the associate that handled our initial check in shoukd be introduced to the idea of deodorant. To round this out the internet is genuinely horrid.

We stayed there overnight from Sunday to Monday, and it wasn’t great. We are a couple in our 40s without kids, and they put us in a room across from the laundry and pool, and down the hall from check-in and breakfast, and apparently under a family of elephants. The hotel was not full, so I’m not sure why that was selected. The bed was uncomfortable, but the room was clean. The chair in our room was armless, like a piece of a sectional sofa. It was a little uncomfortable and out of place, but better than nothing. Breakfast was good.
