The morning manager was really great and friendly. He was very helpful with addressing our concerns with the check in the night before. We stop at this location often as we travel through thr area 4x a year and this is a normal stop. Parking is very convenient, hotel Is very clean.

The reason we stayed in Williams is because we wanted to take the Grand Canyon Railway trip. A wildfire shut that down and we didn't need our 2nd night. I had to jump through hoops to get the 2nd night cancelled. The morning staff finally got that done for me.

Staff was awful. They Were loud. One was watching tv on their phone at the front desk while answering my question. Cleaning group was slamming doors in the morning while. We tried sleeping.
