Room key lock was problematic....had to go to the motel office *every day* of a 4 night stay for new keys in order to get into my room. Also, I am *NOT* a fan of the check in/check out kiosk system. There should be a desk agent on site and available at all times to deal with customer issues.

The motel is old and shows its age. The room needs a deep clean and an update for sure. The flooring was in bad condition, the shower drips and splashes on to the bathroom floor. Not shampoo or conditioner. The bathroom walls were very dirty. The toilet has stains in the bottom of it that looks like poop that will not flush away. The bed was ok and seemed clean. That was the best part of my stay.

Black mold throughout the bathroom. Filthy floors. Exhaust fan doesn't work. Beds were both collapsed on one side. Loud highway traffic noise. No amenities, just a tiny bar of soap. No coffee until 7:00 am in the lobby. Heater and tv worked well. I'll never stay here again.
