The room was very small. It had been updated. The downside was ,no coffee pot in the room. They had one in the office, but no decaf. It was okay if you dont plan on being in the room except to sleep.

This was my best hotel stay during my travels from KY to CA. It was clean, the staff were nice, and the room looked newly updated. The room was small, however, and it is right by a railroad that runs along Historic Route 66, but the train noise did not affect my sleep personally. Also, bcz it’s a smaller, one story motel, I got to park right in front of my room, which was very nice.

Didn’t like anything stayed because of the no refund policy. Based odd very dirty in bathroom. Bedding/sheets. Noisy beds. Could hear people talking in next room. Only one trash can. Uneven floors.

We visit Flagstaff regularly - this was our first time staying at the Relax Inn and we will come back! The king size bed was comfortable, the property was clean and tidy, and the room was comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. A great value too.

Appreciate willingness of front desk staff to check us in earlier than the normal time! Nice, comfy room for the price. The one downside was the noise from the trains, even late at night.

Manager was friendly and efficient. Room was very neat and somewhat clean. My husband walked on the floor with his white socks and they got black very quickly so the floor was not clean.
