Our stay was incredible! The property is beautiful and in a wonderful location. All of the amenities were top notch. I loved the sheets so much that I even ordered a set for myself. Breakfast was over the top outstanding. Prepared and served by the owners Mark and Debbie, and the friendly staff. They go out of their way to make your stay an experience not just a place to stay. I didn’t even want to leave.

Enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay here. Room was lovely with a great comfy bed. I’m sensitive to smells so had to turn off the machine pumping whatever the scent was. Food was very good quality and nicely served. We used this as a base to visit the Grand Canyon and found that worked well. Hosts are very known and helpful. Town is cute and worth a look.

The owners (Debbie and Mark) and staff are great! The Inn and grounds are beautiful. We felt welcome from the moment Debbie greated us upon arrival. The Inn is nestled up against a wooded slope at the end of a cul-de-sac and is both secluded and quiet. The breakfasts and dinners are wonderful, from the freshly squeezed orange juice to the signature dinner dishes. Debbie was very helpful in suggesting and arranging excursions to the Grand Canyon and an off road tour of the red cliffs around Sedona. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning soon.

It was our first experience at a Bed and Breakfast. We normally select hotel/motels when we travel. This was a special weekend as we are getting married in October and wanted to getaway for an overnight trip. Debbie and Mark who run the Sheridan House Inn were amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We are on the shyer side but felt relaxed while we're there. The dinner and breakfast was spectacular. I had to buy their whiskey barrel coffee. Yum! I highly recommend visiting and staying for a couple of nights. We will definitely be back.

Great B&B come relax with trees/birds chirping

We had a wonderful time at The Sheridan Inn when we went to visit the Grand Canyon, Bearazonia and the Antelope Canyon. We stayed 3 days and enjoyed every minute including the delicious breakfast and dinner. Mark and Debbie were delightful and spoiled us during our stay. You know it must be a great B&B when they were featured on great places to stay and filming them while we were enjoying our stay. Trust me book your room!

Absolute Perfection

There is a reason why Sheridan House gets 10/10 on its review - because it is absolutely perfect! Debbie and Mark, who own and run Sheridan House, take perfect care of you. From the multiple freshly made breakfast options, to the attention to detail in the rooms, you will feel thoroughly spoilt! We were staying for a very special occasion of ours and Debbie and Mark made sure that we would have the best experience possible. The rooms are all different, but ours was very comfortable with our own private patio where we were served breakfast each morning. The bed was large and very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and had everything you could imagine needing in a bathroom, including slippers and even special flannels for your shoes to get the Arizona dust off them. The food is cooked by Mark and he takes pride in offering a varied breakfast menu with a mix of traditional breakfast options, but also some unique offerings. Likewise with dinner, there is a varied menu which changes, so you can always try something new. The smoked chicken, in particular, was a standout! We cannot wait to stay again and have told our friends and family about how wonderful Sheridan House is. It is the perfect place to stay in and around the Grand Canyon (it is less than 1hr drive to the South Entrance).
