Overall very good, quite acceptable. Pillows are in need of replacement and upgrading to a more substantial size and support level! Ridiculously small! The entry door we used needs adjustments to the door closer and the swing distance!! Door is far too difficult to pull/push open and doesn't swing open far enough to allow easy access for someone in a wheelchair!!! Does not make sense!!! Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Flagstaff AZ! Thank you greatly, Y'all. Regards, Garland D Hill

The shower and bathroom sink did not drain. One staff member on duty, no maintenance person at hotel to help she tried in between checking people in. She put draino in both, didn’t work , had sewer smell in room. Deadbolt on door didn’t work, security problems. It was a king suite!! Very disappointing, couldn’t stay had to leave!

An excellent value. The pizza next door is very good. There is a nice off-leash dog park nearby. Low fee for a dog. But basic motel. Good rooms, however.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The door to the room did not lock when leaving, but when I reported this, staff said they would get on it right away. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Our room was on the second floor. We had to carry everything through stairs. No elevator available. Once we wanted to shower we found out it wasn’t working. We moved rooms. They had one room left that didn’t have a guest key to. It meant if we left we had to have front office open it every time. No discounts or anything given to us after this. Also, the beds were like sleeping on the floor. Super hard.

The pros: The view from the hotel is beautiful. The staff were all very kind and courteous. The room was spacious. The location of the hotel is a good hub to many local attractions. The breakfast is good and kept clean. The cons: if you want a good night of sleep go somewhere else. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and noisy. The floors were so loud when you walk I felt sorry for the people below. All of our towels and sheets had staining. There were maitenance workers building new beds in the hallways. If it werent for the kindness of the staff, I would have probably been more upset. This could be a much nicer place to stay with new beds/mattresses and linen updates.
