Lovely clean place to stay. Restaurant and convenience store downstairs were a bonus. Food was great. Heated floors in the king size room were lovely. We stayed there for a hockey tournament so cold feet loved the heated floors.

The suites are absolutely beautiful! Everything you can think of is here. They also decorated them for Christmas and it’s so gorgeous and cozy. Just an amazing find!

This property was simply amazing, a true home away from home. They even had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. As soon as we checked in I had to FaceTime my family to show how stunning it was. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone traveling to Grand Falls.

Newly redone apartment above a convenience store. Very nice, clean, updated facility. The checkin was very easy, staff very helpful and friendly. The area has a nice walk to the river and small trail for exploring.

So easy to check in and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful with an unexpectedly stunning bathroom. There was a huge tv and washer dryer available to help us recover from our day kayaking. Staff were great at the store down below and ice cream was steps away too! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Perfect location, fresh modern room, awesome staff

This is an awesome place to stay, but when we first arrived we thought we'd made a terrible mistake. There's a well-supplied convenience store on the ground floor, but don't let that dissuade you. Once we got to our room upstairs, all doubts were destroyed, and we LOVED it. The room was new and very clean, with an awesome big king bed and plenty of room. Bathroom is ideal -- big and spacious, with a fantastic shower with a hand-held shower wand. The fridge worked well and everything in the room felt very new and in top condition. We never heard a peep from the other rooms during our stay, though we know they were full. Cleaning staff were in the hallways daytime and very friendly, and respected our do-not-disturb sign. They were quiet in the hallways and never disturbed us once. And they have full laundry facilities on site, on the same floor as our rooms. The location is super convenient, you're walking distance from a movie theatre, several restaurants and shopping. And when you're retiring to the room for the evening, the shop downstairs has all the drinks & snacks you could want, plus fresh-made sandwiches and more. Staff was awesome. We'll be back.

Great stay at Riverside Suites. Check in was easy at the store downstairs from the rooms. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded to the Jacuzzi sweet. Nothing's better than watching Jeopardy on the tele whilst hot tubbing! The store downstairs has all the convenience offerings you'd expect as well as a restaurant/take out window. You can't go wrong with their authentic and extremely delicious cold plate! The staff were super friendly and helpful. There was a hellhound outside somewhere barking furiously most of the evening, but I understand that's not the establishments fault so I can't complain on that other than simply pointing it out. A+ all around!

Do not be surprised by the check at convenience store. Staff are very friendly & helpful. The room was lovely with 5 star amenities—— jet tub, robes, towel warmer, rain shower, free laundry. The only negative issue is no elevator. However, the stairs are low rise & east to climb. Would definitely recommend.

The restaurant was closed when we got there so we had to go elsewhere, we were confused on where to check in, which we had to do at the convenient store below. From the outside I was skeptical but the inside was nice and clean, would definitely stay there again. Staff were very friendly
