The breakfast is awful. It was very nice to have coffee available all the time. Our room was small but clean. However, the TV did not work at all and I had to fiddle and fix it myself. Although the front desk staff were as helpful as they were able to be, management never bothered to even apologize let alone do anything to make it right

Firstly, the room we stayed in is not the same as photoed online. But it was close enough, and we were tired from our long drive, so I didn't say anything. When it comes to cleanliness, the carpet is disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. You need to bring a pair of slippers just to be safe. My daughter took her socks off (toddler), and a few moments later, her feet were black. Yes, black. Our socks were black as well. Everything else seemed okay for sanitation. For comfort, the pillows are awful. Flat as pancakes. The mattress was decent. The service wasn't the best. I called for towels and never received them. I had to get them myself. The staff were not that friendly except for one guy toward the end of our stay. Overall, okay. Definitely not great.

Ok hotel. Friendly service, I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Breakfast is good, but today at 9 am nothing was left and no refills done. People coming down for breakfast and left disappointed

I thought the breakfast options were plentiful and the dining area was well maintained by staff. Rooms were fairly comfortable with modern decor. The one issue I encountered was that one of the automated sliding doors at the front entrance wasn't working when I arrived. This issue seemed to have been resolved by the time I left the next morning.
