Most everything (eating, gambling, swimming, playing and live show) connected to this property. Requests were met positively. Although when requesting one cleaning for the week, housekeeping forgot trash liners, toilet paper, and facial tissue. It was fine because when I called the front desk, they placed those items almost immediately. We had a hot water problem and that was fixed nearly immediately. Extremely attentive staff- except for one younger man at the front desk. I realize we aren't in the most expensive room/suite/penthouse. I accept that you don't have to do anything since I prepaid for the week through a third party. By day four, our backs hurt only after a night of sleep. (We're older, but in de ent shape by exercising daily.). I asked the man at the front desk if there was any sort of boards we could add under the mattress to stiffen it up. "No." Is it possible to flip the mattress? "No." Do you have any other mattresses that might be more firm? "No." So our only choice was to rotate the mattress ourselves (standard king in a themed suite). Not a customer every year, but I have stayed here before- and recommended it. When in the area again for a show or looking for an indoor water park, I will call first to confirm the age/firmness of the mattresses in our room type. I was disappointed that my hype for this property didn't meet the reality.😔

Stay was fine. Hotel is way overpriced when you consider additional charges for wrist bands for pool. Pool is pretty cool, but almost $400 per night plus asking families to pay more for the pool is ridiculous.

The room was clean however I booked for 2 queen bed room and I received 2 double bed room instead. Also why do you all not offer any laundry bag? The pool water park area was a small charge of $8.95 plus tax per person by being a guest of the hotel. If you were not a guest then the charge would be $30.95 plus tax. There was only one restaurant open for dinner option, tavern. Staff seemed a little annoyed at being asked simple questions past their duties of checking in people. Not impressed.
