Bed mattress was completely worn out with 2 sunken spots, tv had no volume, toilet seat was broken and the tub didn’t drain very well. This is a very old hotel and has not been updated. Staff was nice.

Requested a wheel chair or handicap accessible room. Did not get it. My main problem has to do with facilities The bathroom would be impossible for someone in a wheelchair to use. To use the toilet, I had to leave the door open since there was so little clearance between the door and toilet. Smallest toilet I have ever seen in a motel.
