Pretty disappointed in this stay, I had called a few days in advance to double check the status on the hot tub as I heard. It was out of commission from some recent visitor friends of ours, and was told that it was working upon arrival that evening we attempted to go sit in the hot tub and it was freezing cold. When I discussed with staff, they acknowledge that it was cold and that they just got the unit fixed, but it was going to take a while. I don’t understand why they had been telling people that the hot tub was fully functioning and operational and clearly it wasn’t and we saw staff going in and out of the what appeared to be furnace or service room so clearly there were still some remaining problems yet to be resolved we would’ve stayed otherwise had we known differently. Also, the bedding was stained and dirty. Upon arrival easy enough fixed to ask for a replacement but really pretty concerning of housekeeping staff missed that. And nothing like observing would appear to be staff or associates, sitting around in the lobby area and in the business office area sitting on their phones and prepping their dirty feet up on the furniture.

Very modern and updated. Spacious breakfast area with good hotel breakfast. Staff helpful. Rooms spacious and well appointed. Only knock is the free internet kept booting us out. But highly recommend this property.

The hotel is under construction out side. Dirty parking lot. Dirty lobby. It smells poorly. My room has water damage in the ceiling. Long black hair all over the room. Floors, walls and shower. Shower head is rusted badly and made me feel unsafe in it. TV isn't high def and no streaming options. Bed is decent but room is old dirty and out dated. Not worth the $122 per night. Would not stay again.

Staff needs training.

We reserved and paid for a suite with 3 beds. The 1st room they gave us was occupied. The 2nd room was not a suite and had only 2 beds (we are a 3 man maintenance crew). We were then told there were no suites available even after showing the clerk availability listed on their site. Canceled our reservation and went elsewhere.

Things were not clean looking, lots of stains and dirt looking spots all over. Our window to our room had a huge crack and did not shut all the way. It made our room cold and was very noisy on windy days
