Our Grand Haven Condo with breathtaking Lake Michigan views is waiting for you! We invite you to experience relaxation and tranquility in our upscale beachfront retreat. This condo has all the amenities of home; two bedrooms, one bath and an open living area. Sleeps 4 comfortably -- There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room if additional sleeping space is needed. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed with a sitting area. Bedroom #2 has a twin bunk bed. There is one full bathroom with a shower. The main sitting area has a flat screen TV, counter and fully stocked open kitchen.

The condo has a large covered front porch space. The front porch has a table/umbrella and chairs which is an excellent place to eat, as well as additional lounge furniture. The living room and porch are perfect for enjoying the breathtaking Lake Michigan and lighthouse views.

5 day stay minimum is typical, inquire about exception. 5% discount for 7 day stay. 20% discount for 28 day stay or longer. Inquire about longer stays (longer than 1 month).

This is a new listing as of July 2026. For comparison, we manage another condo in the same building - property 65676157 - which we are proud of being highly rated (10/10 Excellent rating). We renovated this new unit in Spring 2026 including brand new furniture, bedding, paint, carpet, bathroom fixtures and lighting. It is a nearly identical floor plan and comparable quality and experience to our other unit. This unit is on the first floor with a larger porch, where as the other unit is on the 2nd floor with a balcony.

Sherri is a wonderful host who went out of her way to connect with us before our arrival, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. We were honored to be among the first guests to stay in this beautifully themed unit.The condo was very clean, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We experienced a minor hiccup at the beginning of our visit, but Sherri and the owner responded immediately and resolved the issue quickly. Their responsiveness and genuine concern for our experience were greatly appreciated.The location is excellent! Directly across from the beach and about a 15-minute walk to downtown restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the spacious patio, which had plenty of seating for everyone to relax.The condo also included many thoughtful extras, including a Keurig coffee maker, board games, beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys, all of which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality. We would gladly stay here again.
