Wonderful guest relation, room was middle of road

The woman who checked me in was lovely. Very accommodating and sweet and had pleasant, clear conversation. The room itself was alongside the pool and clean however the bathroom was very small, it was very humid in the room and hard to get to cool down and the beds were not very comfortable. Overall though it was a pleasant stay. My son had a good time in the pool too.

Clean, quiet and comfy. Easy access.

It is a bare bones location with excellent staff and care to make it the best it can be. Room was clean and equipped. Hotel was quiet. Desk staff were very welcoming. Pool looked well kept, but we did not swim. We also slept through breakfast so I can’t comment on that. Breakfast room looked equipped to deliver a good breakfast and we could get fruit and yogurt even though we were late. This was great value for the money spent.

Nice staff but the room was awful smelled like smoke and mildew. Informed staff at check in she came in checked room she did not smell what we did. We tried the night all of us woke up so miserable from the smoke smell we chose to check out and go elsewhere. Breakfast was not good at all. Vending machines empty so no water no places close enough at 11 at night to go get some . Again staff very nice they have a tough job trying to sell this place

Fido friendly but...

Even though i appreciate that its fido friendly, we were kept up most of the night by a barking dog and when the dog was silent there was a tv blasting somewhere so it was noisy. The pool was ice cold for being an indoor pool and the bed was very uncomfortable
