Thoughtfully decorated with rustic charm and comfortable touches, this stay offers a welcoming home base for all your Western Colorado adventures.
Guests will have access to the entire home through a secure keyless entry system at the front door. A personalized entry code will be sent the day of check-in once the home has been cleaned and is ready for your stay.
To enter, simply punch in the code and the door will unlock. To lock the door when leaving, close the door completely and re-enter the code.
Please note: the front door is the only guest entry access. The back door is for emergency exit use only.
Large Car Port is not for use it is for the longterm renters that live on property.

Please note that the area behind the retreat is not a shared guest space and is reserved for the long-term residents on the property. Guests are welcome to access this area only for use of the shared laundry room. We appreciate your respect for the privacy of the long-term tenants.

Please turn the swamp cooler to low when you leave during the days that are above 77 degrees.
Please make sure the heater is set at 72 degrees during the winter and months that are needed.
