Fruita, with world class mountain biking, is a 40 minute drive.

The home is 1/4 mile off of Business Loop 70 with easy access to Interstate 70. A small farm within city limits.

Comfortable family stay

This was a great place for my family to stay a few days. My boys (2 & 4) loved playing battleship while we were inside and really enjoyed running around yard. The back deck was very enjoyable in the morning and quiet. It’s nice having the space behind the house to drown out the noise and take it the view. We will be back again. Forrest was available and accommodating. Great place.

The property was only blocks from my Mom. Very convenient. The house was spacious, clean and accomodating. Beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for the stay. in the future when we come back, we will keep this house in mind.

Nice Property Only a Short Drive from Wineries.

My fiance and I spent the weekend at this property with our dogs. We enjoyed sipping coffee on the back porch while looking out over the pasture and Mt Garfield behind the property. The house was spacious, clean, comfy, and had basic kitchen items so you can definitely cook meals there. We didn't get a chance to utilize the fire pit but it looked like a nice set up as well. Would stay here again. Liked it's central location to town and to the wineries.

Very Cool Stay

We spend the holiday weekend here and really enjoyed it - easy access to Palisade and Grand Junction. Very peaceful, great fire pit, place was great - easy in and out and every thing was as promised. It was nice having the alpha fields and great views from the back of the property. Will definitely try and reserve again for our next trip to the area.

Great Stay!

Great location centered between Palisade and Grand Junction. Super quiet with times of indoor and outdoor space. Plenty of amenities in the bathroom, kitchen, living area and outdoors. Host was available, but not needed as everything was super straight forward. When coming back, this would be our first choice to stay again
